What form of payments do you accept?
All payments are accepted through our secure gateways to Stripe or Paypal. Most major credits cards will be accepted. We only accept payments online and are unable to accept purchase orders.
I wish to cancel my membership. Do you offer a refund for the remaining period?
You may cancel your membership at anytime from your account menu. There will not be a refund or credit for any remaining period of your membership. All sales are final. You may continue to use the product for the remaining of your term. This is outlined in our terms and conditions that you accept at the time of purchase.
What is included with my membership?
Your license or membership grants you access to unlimited upgrades, unlimited support, and unlimited reports generated by the Wall Design Pro Tool. You will have full access for a full year from the date that you become a member.
What are my plan upgrade options?
When you subscribe, there will be a choice of various plans to choose from. Our Free Trial plan is for only one day use. Our other plans are based on a yearly subscription only. The plans will start at a low price for the first year and then renew at the same price each year afterwards.
Can I use my membership license on more than one computer or device?
Yes. You are licensed to use your membership on any number of devices that you need to perform your work. But, you are not licensed to use your membership on multiple devices at the same time. You must only be logged on to one device at a time. For simultaneous use, you will need an additional User ID and separate membership.
What happens at the end of my membership?
Your membership will automatically renew at the current level you are enrolled in and at the current published price. We will use the current credit card on file, if you saved it with our merchant. We do not keep any payment card information about you other than your order history. You will receive an email notification prior to the expiration of your membership. This reminder is to allow you time to cancel your membership, if you wish to do that.
