Tex Design Solutions is a software company working to help improve the future of the building industry. We develop the tools that any architect and engineer can use for complete accuracy and development of the architectural design.
Who We Are
We are a small team of experts who experienced some of the challenges of the building industry. We decided to pick an area where we could assist the architect and build them a tool.
We began our story by working more than 30 years in the Construction and Building Industry. From the Supplier side, then the Architecture Design side and finally in the Construction side of the business. We are now moving into the Service side of the Building Industry.
We realized that there was a lot of effort and pre-construction work required before the first foundation is prepared. Particularly in the field of the design architect and the engineer. There is so much preparation and time-consuming effort for them to develop the building plan, that we wanted to see if we could help streamline their process by creating design tools for them to use.
Tex, our scholar Mathematician, had an idea to create a tool that would follow a decision tree to build a NFPA 285 certified fire-resistant wall in a multi-story building. This is a complicated process to work with the code requirements and to find the right materials to meet the standards. Thus, Tex Design Solutions and the Wall Design Pro software was born.
Our mission is to help all design architects and engineers in the building industry. This mission drives every thought and process we do. It is our goal to develop and innovate, where we can, any software that can streamline the amount of work that is required of these professionals. We strive to be their assistant
